Another substantial feature of phone job interview is that it prevents the information load into its applicants’ brains for a short period before the job interview. In phone job interview, the applicant is phoned at an arbitrary time, so if s/he has the answer of the question, s/he will not be likely to forget it some time later. However, this is the major problem about classical job interview. To sum up, phone job interview, although rarely used, serves as a checkpoint in a long race with its arbitrary feature and thus maintains-and it will probably maintain-its importance for some large companies on the world.
