As the continues growth of demand for nursing, nursing education become more and more familiar for those with bachelor’s degree and even in the master’s degree. In terms of nursing education, many schools are now offering a much easy 12-18 month course outline programs for a BSN degree. The shortage for nursing opens a greater opportunity even for men. At this present time more men are becoming nurses. Men are now entering the nursing career. This is because of the high salaries and job security that they want to earn. Most of the patients are now tolerating of men as their nurse, and some of the medical equipment needs the assistance of a male nurse.
